Jaimie Hogan
President
As President of CS&O, Jaimie Hogan oversees the delivery of all products and comprehensive services to clients. Jaimie is responsible for CS&O’s efficient operations, including integrating the strategic plan of the organization with its operations and management oversight for the development of high quality, cost effective and integrated products and programs. She is an advocate for providing an environment which values the continual growth and development of CS&O’s professional knowledge base so that our services continue to make significant contributions while assisting our clients. Since joining CS&O in 2002, Jaimie has been instrumental in the design, testing and deployment of CS&O’s products and services including the Proposition 10 Evaluation Data System (PEDS) in partnership with SRI International on the Statewide Evaluation of Proposition 10 Funded Programs.
Prior to joining CS&O, Jaimie served as Database Management Analyst for Professional Community Management. She was responsible for the creation and management of database applications used for budget analysis and time studies for increasing effective operations and reducing management costs. She has also worked with the California Cancer Surveillance Registry for over three years to produce an annual report of the trends in cancer in the Desert Sierra Region while also publishing an article of the risk factors of breast cancer. Jaimie has earned a Bachelors of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine and a Masters of Public Health in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from Loma Linda University. The combination of her education and experience has provided Jaimie with an extensive expertise in applied epidemiology and biostatistics as well as analysis of community management data.

Keith Stanislaw
Vice President of Technology
Keith Stanislaw leads the technical teams in designing, developing and delivering the company’s comprehensive technology solutions. Keith has extensive database application design and development expertise in combination with client collaboration experience to ensure that CS&O’s solutions are the highest quality. Keith also focuses on increasing organizational efficiency through technical process improvement, automation of business processes, and leveraging of information technology in day-to-day operational practices. Keith was responsible for overseeing the original design and implementation of both the company’s SumOne.com and OCERS web based applications. He also worked closely with SRI International and other evaluation firms to design and build the PEDS application in support of the statewide evaluation of Proposition 10 funded programs. Keith coordinates all technical aspects of CS&O’s application development and production hosting environments including hardware and security. Keith works closely with CS&O’s business development and consulting teams to ensure applications are powerful, flexible and easy to use. Prior to joining CS&O, Keith served as a Systems Administrator for Alcoa where he was responsible for accessibility to a worldwide network, automation of technology related tasks, and an internal technical support system that resolved technical issues throughout the organization. His areas of expertise include a wide range of application design techniques, database structures, and programming languages.

Alesha Doherty
Director of Consulting Services
Alesha Doherty has over 10 years experience in working with non-profit public health organizations. She provides subject matter expert consulting to all CS&O clients with a focus on HIPAA-compliant confidentiality protocol, documentation, and training. Alesha led the implementation team that developed confidentiality protocols and materials for the California First 5 Evaluation efforts. Alesha assists in evaluation framework design for new contracts and initial application specification, provides initial assessment of outcomes readiness, and communicates CS&O outcome based management approach. Alesha has extensive experience in public health project management and has overseen Proposition 10 projects since the Act’s passage in 1999. Alesha holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from the San Diego State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego.
