The Administrative Management Module (AMM) is the heart of contract management and strategic alignment for OCERS. AMM also houses the application’s security module that defines each organization’s access level within OCERS and the rules for sharing program specific data.
AMM is central to:
- Managing contracts, allocated funds, program types and assigned outcomes;
- Setting goals; and
- Evaluating deliverables by assigning milestones that are critical in contract performance.
OCERS also provides several reports and system displays that assist Agencies in managing the program commitments. These include:
- Client Counts and Client Service Counts stratified by age, ethnicity, and gender;
- Invoice Payment Reconciliation, displaying awarded funds, paid amounts, and remaining funds;
- Monthly Progress Check-ups to ensure compliance based on scope of work;
- Tasks and Events assigned are completed in a timely manner; and
- User Access details use of OCERS
