“I want to let you know how much I appreciate having the online evaluation system (OCERS) available to me as a grant recipient to report our project’s progress to rather than submitting hardcopy reports. OCERS is much more efficient and helps both the Commission and our agency track the progress of our project on a monthly basis. I will admit that, in the beginning, I was a little leery of taking an online program for evaluation purposes. Now, after using OCERS for four months, I wish that all grant administrators had this system available for grantees to use!”

| The Core Data and Outcomes Module (CDOM) houses all individual demographic, outcome, and process measure information on each person served within the OCERS application. CDOM is ideal for Agencies that collect and evaluate the impact of services or programs on individuals, yet want to maintain an unduplicated count of participants. The framework of this module allows the agency to allow multiple sites to add records to an individual who is served across programs, provided that appropriate consent and authorization is obtained (features also managed in this module). This provides the Agency the ability to conduct extensive evaluation of the services provided to what population, as well as start to draw conclusions to the impact of those programs on the outcomes of the individuals’ conditions.
CDOM takes outcome “snapshots” of common indicators at the client level. These snapshots can be established for any number of different data capture intervals. Surveys can be configured and designated for intakes and follow-ups, program level questions, service level questions, or assessments. Real-time analysis may be conducted through the generation of reports that contain filters, graphs and quick summaries to control the displayed output. OCERS also provides the ability for users to export data to Excel. For evaluation activities that require fully relational data, CS&O provides data exports in a wide range of formats including, but not limited to, SQL, Microsoft Access, Excel, and SPSS.
